Stephanie Mutchnick has over 10 years experience providing strategy and decision analysis services in a wide variety of settings ranging from large, multi-national corporations to small companies to community organizations. This includes over 8 years experience consulting in a variety of industries including oil & gas, health care services, software services and automotive.

Stephanie's client work focuses on cost and schedule risk analysis, market evaluation, strategy development and decision facilitation. She has extensive experience in the health care industry helping employers and health care companies evaluate cost reduction and quality improvement innovations, navigate the complex regulatory environment and negotiate with third-party partners. Stephanie also has led numerous product development efforts specializing in early stage opportunity analysis and positioning. She is well versed in analytic technique as well as the organizational and behavioral considerations that complicate decision-making.

Stephanie has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and an M.S. in Management Sciences and Engineering from Stanford University. In addition, she has developed and delivered several training courses most notably courses in facilitation skills and spreadsheet modeling techniques.
